somehow my grandfather couldnt get to see his son getting married.

which was the main reason why my uncle decided to marry a lil earlier,

when we discovered he had cancer and had only six months to live.

he passed away three months ltr.

which was heartbreaking to all of us,

esp to my uncle and ah ma.

everyone was exceptionally reticent when they offered tea to my ah ma.

because of the empty seat next to her.
