when you're feeling down;

- sit somewhere and talk all nonsense and laugh our asses off


-gym and swim every thursday with someone you can confide with, crash pools with, remove moles with, do all the craziest things you wanna do with;




-hug someone who you can hug forever and you know she'll be right outside your doorstep when you need it; "if you want sunday i pei you??" explains all.

-eat lots and lots of chocolate. eat lots and lots of chocolate. I repeat, eat lots and lots of chocolate. explains my gymming and swimming above. eat it with the people you laugh with. accept the camwhoring part when they flash their cameras heheehheheheehehe. ^^ hang out with people you gossip with. they might be older, but they can advise me better too, with lots of care and tender love.



-hang out with the people you've been with for years, who has never ever offended you with words like "short", "fat", "ugly". in fact it tickles you knowing that they meant the exact opposite. ^^


-get pranked and punked and laughed at by people who mattered. those who will stand up for you.


-dress up, wear comfortably, read, watch dramas, laugh with mum dad bro and granny.
-unexpectedly receiving a text from someone you've been waiting for.

I've learnt many ways to cheer up. (:
