ooooooo i feel so much better now!

after typing the previous post (ya i know i sounded damn groggy and nanny-ish) i realised that i havent posted anything about the day before i go bintan!

FINALLY, met up with PWR (WOOOOTS LOVES) and watched It's My Life at NUS cultural theatre! which afterwards rie had to leave us to eat chicken rice at queenstown (nice arh?) so ryl sj and i went to do a little crazy thing!

after rie left, ryl sj and i went back to causeway to buy KFC takeaway and ate outside, on the floor!
passerbys were staring at us. LMAO.

my head was cut off but i like it!

the nerdiest girl in singapore for that day. HAAAHA.

anyway mum chose a baby pink baby g for me. so happy.

bintan trip. 1/12/08- 3/12/08

the scariest and horrifying trip to all of us.
but it help us bonded together as a team and overcome all the obstacles we have encountered.

Day 1 :

reached tanah merah ferry terminal,
took ferry to (smth)tanjong terminal in indo,
took a very funny looking bus to Loola Resort.
held a meeting, prepared some of our stuffs for Survivor Island.
walked a 2&1/2 hr trek to another shore.
took a speed boat to another small ferry which we can stand on top of it.
reached Survivor Island. in the middle of the sea with nothing there but a very beautiful shore with crabs running sideways, unique shells scattered everywhr and elephant grass.
started cooking, set up tents and dig toilets since 4:30pm.
7+pm sun has set but still carrying on doing work.
9+pm settled down, we sat down together with discomfort.

Day 2:

3am. five of us went to the beach 100 metres away to gaze at the stars and looking out for crabs.
slept at around 4+am
woke up at 6am.
cleared all of our rubbish and uploaded our little belongings to the speed boat.
got unhappy meetings with the teachers and reflected on ourselves.
got onto the speed boat and boarded the small ferry.
wore bouyancy vests and do boom netting ( jumping off the highest part of the boat to the sea,landing on the nets cast at the sides while the ferry is moving at a fast speed.)
kayak-ed back to Loola resort. (i didnt, had seasickness and puked)
bathed for the very first time
did super high sports climbing, sj took v v v long but good job.
prepared for campfire.
danced like madness, cheered for our lives because we finally reached our comfort zone.

Day 3:

slept at 2-3am at the water dorms where there are just wooden huts with stilts in top of the seas.
lost my sleeping bag, so it was freezing for me at night. the windbreaker wouldnt hold because the wind was too strong.
woke up at 5+am and went to climb tall coconut trees, plucked a coconut. (i couldnt pluck it)
flying fox into the sea with 2-3 storeys high
rafting. ours didnt work out very well
bathed, ate and left Loola Resort.

in between we started random games like pass the message, etc,( very hard to explain) oh and musical chairs around the fire. LOL. it was damn funny.

kept having heart ot heart meetings, shared our feelings.

all of us had so many scars, cuts and abrasions. due to climbing the coconut trees. but we really "enjoyed" ourselves, i did only because we were together as one. the team is here, i can feel it.

didnt had enough sleep, i guess i'm going to sleep again.

anyway, i just realised that i have sturdy, bigger and more defined muscles now! no cramps and yet i actually built my muscles! YAY. i think i slimmed a little. ryl and sj too i realised. LMAO.

ANYWAY, i forgot to mention. MY GRANDMOTHER'S BIRTHDAY IS THE SAME AS MINE!!!!!!!

right after whatever happened in the past three days,
i finally reached home.
at night about ten +,
the plan was that, by 'll be rushing back to get me my last surprise of the day.
he dropped me at my house downstairs.

the mo i reached home i went to charge my phone.
by called after ten mins ," eh dar, sorry, but my plan failed."
and because my phone was still charging and it was right below my window,

i looked out onto the carpark.

WHAT THE.
DAMN SWEET.
i practically couldnt breathe, i swear!
i was still on the phone with by and i saw two girls squatting by the candles,
forming words" HAPPY B'DAY LURVE PWR"
DAMN SWEET.

shouted for mum and dad( they told me they heard me shouting)
and i quickly went downstairs to join them.
damn nice lah.
my dad even took a photo and a video of it.
i can never express how i felt that day,
super cute!
and what happened when i was still upstairs was even funnier.

sj and ryl told me that when by drove up the carpark, he thought that they were strangers.
because he was actually planning to do the same freaking thingy,

he told them," Don't bother abt me, i'm also doin sth similar."

IT WAS SO FUNNNY LAH!

laughed like siao,
i was smiling like siao too,
they gave me two really cute blue (blue ranger what) cakes
and lots of sparkles.
we brightened up the carpark.
seriously.
many of my neighbours were looking,
some creepy ones they simply dont move. LMAO.they think we cannot see them.

BUT DAMN SWEET RIGHT?!?

afterwards more fun came.
because by's car is still with us at the top storey,
we climbed up the car and gazed at the stars.
and by came up with the idea of..
SITTING IN THE CAR BOOT WHILE HE DROVE AROUND.
HAAAAAAHAHAHA.

then we decided to play the coke champainge thingy with mentos, which by bought.
they poured coke all over me and it was disgustingxzxzxzxzxz
tried to run after them for huggies but they refused. LMAO.
next by drove us to vista point to get tibits,
barcardee (correct?) and lots of coke and mentos. TO DO THAT THINGY AGAIN!
drove to sembawang beach in a supa hype way,

speeding with the windows down,
shouting at nearby cars.

HAHAHA.

oh yes!
just as we got into the car,
\i switched on the radio and the Muttons were saying," alright it's 11.27 pm right now.."

IT'S MY BIRTHDATE!

COOL SHIT!!!!

drank and played with glow in the dark sticks at our hideout,
sparkles and dunking coke at everybody.
the best birthday celebrations- by and pwr.
i love.
